LeddarTech CEO Charles Boulanger Fully Understands Sensor Applications in Multiple Industries

Charles Boulanger became CEO of Leddartech in 2014 after being acting CEO for two years. He is also president of Moody Management Inc. (since 2011), a private investment firm. Prior to that, in 2008, he was the founder, president and chief executive officer of Groupe Unipex SAS, and president of the Active Ingredients and Specialty Chemicals Division of Atrium Innovations (TSX: ATB) from 2004 to 2008.

Boulanger is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully raised over $350M in financing and completed several acquisition and sale transactions, two IPOs and one LMBO, Boulanger has over 30 years of experience in senior management positions in several industrial sectors with companies both public and private. As such, he has been involved in complex financing deals, international marketing and commercialization strategies and international joint ventures, as well as leading profitable international companies with up to $250M in sales.

Boulanger earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval in 1981 and graduated from the senior management program at the International Center for Research and Studies in Management (CIREM) in 1990.
