Entrepreneur Developer iBosses IPO goes live to raise up to A$5.0 million

Aug. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- iBosses Corporation Limited (“iBosses” or “the Company”) (ACN 604 571 119)), a Singapore-based training and consultancy provider focusing on offering advice, support and solutions to entrepreneurs and start-ups, has launched a prospectus for an Initial Public Offering (“IPO”)  on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”).

The Company has announced a public offer of 25,000,000 New Shares at the Offer Price of A$0.20 per New Share (the “Offer”) to raise up to A$5,000,000. The Offer is subject to a minimum subscription of A$2,500,000. The New Shares, if fully issued, will represent 20% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the offer.

With its main training and consultancy services of “Entrepreneurship Training”, “Entrepreneur Mentoring” and the “iBosses Digital Platform” using its proprietary “Maturity Level Model”, iBosses offers advice, support and solutions to entrepreneurs and startup ventures in Singapore and Hong Kong and through its licensees in Malaysia and the Philippines. The Company seeks to nurture entrepreneurship and assists entrepreneurs at different phases of their businesses’ maturity, from the early stage of idea creation, through to the final stages of commercialisation, replication and even potential exits, including the sale of the businesses, or via an IPO of its business.

The Company plans to implement a series of initiatives to achieve future growth. In addition to activities to promote brand awareness such as conducting seminars and forums on entrepreneurship related topics, the Company intends to upgrade its “iBosses Digital Platform”, which will link up entrepreneurs, investors and other interested users to create an “iBosses Community”.

iBosses also aims to upgrade and expand its existing product and service offerings in Singapore, and will look to explore the potential to expand in the region by opening additional business centres both within Singapore and in other Asia-Pacific countries. iBosses currently has licensees in the Philippines and Malaysia, and may look to attract additional licensees in the Asia-Pacific region, which will generate licensing revenue.  iBosses will also look to acquire complementary businesses in the future in order to grow.

The Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Dr Patrick Khor, founded the Company in 2014. Dr Khor has been a serial entrepreneur for over 15 years with extensive knowledge and experience in the entrepreneurship training and consultancy industry. He successfully incorporated an IT business spanning the Asia Pacific region which was subsequently sold for SGD15 million.
