Marty Stuart to Perform at Tulare County Fair

FRESNO, Calif. - Aug. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- TULARE – Four-time Grammy award winner Marty Stuart will perform at the Tulare County Fair on Sunday, Sept. 20.

All Budweiser Stage concerts are free with Fair admission.

Stuart began his career singing gospel as a child, performed bluegrass with Lester Flatt in the ’70s, spent six years with Johnny Cash in the ’80s and developed his hit-making “hillbilly rock” sound in the ’90s. In addition to touring, today Stuart can also be seen on the RFD-TV “Marty Stuart Show.”

His hits include “Hillbilly Rock,” “Western Girls,” “Tempted” and, his biggest hit, “The Whiskey Ain’t Workin’.”

General admission for the Tulare County Fair, Sept. 16-20, remains the reduced cost of $8. Admission for children ages 6 to 12 is $5. Seniors, ages 62 and up, will be admitted for $5 on Senior Day, Friday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon, sponsored by Humana, Inc.

The Tulare County Fair will offer a week of entertainment for the family, educational activities for children, the annual Junior Livestock Auction, new food booths, new carnival rides, tractor pulls, the traditional Destruction Derby and more.
