Marc Ecko's Complex Media Called Out For Lack of Recognition

Without obtaining proper consent or providing source credit, the popular corporate entity included rare video footage of original Freedom Radio content in a recent edition (June 24, 2015) of the award winning Magnum Opus series: The Making of Gang Starr's “Mass Appeal.” (https://youtu.be/Ib6-imxh76g)   A Complex brand logo is deliberately placed on Freedom Radio footage signifying position of ownership.



No curtesy of communication has been received from Chief Content Officer, Noah Callahan-Bever, nor any Complex Media decision-making personnel following notification and detail of concerns.
