Amman, Jordan—August 2015: Seeking to forge a winning company culture, Hygienic Holding Group’s Human Energy Function recently invited its employees operating in Jordan, the UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Morocco to Seilgarten Amman for a day of team bonding. Organized by Stronger Team, a Jordan-based team building initiative, the occasion introduced several capacity building activities for employees to take part in.

While at the retreat, employees discussed the Human Energy Function’s goals that will help achieve its vision in becoming the employer of choice and link them to the overall vision of the organization. They also discussed the challenges faced as well as sought to identify long-term solutions. Employees later took part in recreational activities aimed at enhancing teamwork skills and promoting friendly competition.
