Monmouth County Weight Loss Challenge Announced

OCEAN, N.J. - Aug. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Ultimate Fit Zone in Monmouth County has just announced the date of their next $1,000 Transformation Challenge, a popular weight loss program that has helped many lose weight and make lasting lifestyle changes that lead to health and improved fitness.

The next challenge will start on 9/21/2015 and end 12/21/15 with the most inspiring transformation receiving $1,000 from Ultimate Fit Zone.  Past participants have lost up to 28 pounds during the program which provides group training led by noted perosnal trainer, Eddie Albert and nutritional counseling with their holistic nutritionist, Stacey Albert.

"The excitement is building for the start of our next challenge," said Stacey Albert.  "The results from our last challenge were so awe inspiring, everyone is excited to make a change." Last year's first place finisher lost over 24 pounds and 21 inches, melting off fat and sculpting lots of lean muscle.

The program is different in that participants have constant access to a nutritionist throughout the entire program.  Stacey is available to them in person at the facility or they can text, email or even Facebook message her at any time for assistance with their meal planning.

"We give them a healthy meal plan template to follow," Stacey explains, "and I provide the with recipes, tips and support.  The rest is up to them but I am by their side throughout the entire program.  We want to be a catalyst for real, lasting change, not just 90 days."
