Happy Birthday To The Revolutionary Emmanuel Ikubese

LAGOS CITY, Nigeria - Aug. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- An adage by Steve Jobs – “Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me. Going to bed at night, saying, I’ve done something wonderful, that’s what matters to me” – got me thinking if this was what got Emmanuel Ikubese started. You guessed right because as individuals, people are inherently good and he remained extremely concerned when he sees what women has been going through in the hands of men. Excited about making our country a better place in the world, he started out his foundation R.A.W – a Foundation set out to respect women.

The Emmanuel Ikubese Foundation is an organization that advocates on the issue of domestic violence against women through the project R.A.W.

RAW is set to create awareness on domestic violence through the media as well as setting up a rehabilitation program where victims can be helped and properly counselled and also a place where lawyers will be provided for free to victims who wish to press charges but can’t afford to.

And since our success has been based on partnership from the very beginning, we are pleased to announce him – Emmanuel Ikubese – as part of the MARIAM ADEYEMI COMPANY.

On this beautiful day many years ago, Emmanuel Ikubese – a humanitarian with a high-flier attitude, a man with a vision who has had his name on the lips of many, the man who will be speaking on how domestic violence can limit women in attaining their bursting potentials, encouraging women to begin to speak up and lend their voices towards this ground until domestic violence is no longer preserved as a minor crime but taken seriously by the government and law enforcement agencies in The African Women Conference in Leadership Organization which will take place in Houston Texas on the 12^th – 16^th August 2015 – was born and we are out to celebrate him.

You have taken away all the other luxuries in life which you can achieve and has set out to make someone smile and laugh, a special gift which can never be accounted for. People give others gifts that can be wrapped and you are giving women gifts that can’t be wrapped. May your joy continually overflow, may you continue to grow in God’s wisdom and grace. May His showers of blessing continually be upon you?
