Seasoned Insurance Regulatory Atty Nicole Zayac Joins Michelman & Robinson, LLP as Senior Counsel

SAN FRANCISCO - Aug. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Michelman & Robinson, LLP (M&R) is pleased to announce that Nicole Zayac has joined the Firm as Senior Counsel, where she will continue her practice in representing clients in the insurance and related industries. With extensive experience working with clients on regulatory issues, compliance and mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Zayac will practice in M&R’s Regulatory and Administrative Group at the Firm’s San Francisco office.

Ms. Zayac joins M&R from the Northern California offices of a large global firm, where she served as Counsel in the Corporate & Securities and Insurance Industry practices. Prior to that, she was Counsel at an AmLaw 100 global law firm in San Francisco, where she practiced for 11 years.
