BIBO Awards Show Los Angeles 2015

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES -- Back on the move for the third year in a row, the Beauty In / Beauty out (BIBO) Awards Show is kicking off 2015 with a new stop in sunny California.  This is the first time the BIBO Awards will host a show in California and BIBO Founder Traci S. Campbell is excited to bring BIBO to this area and celebrate the beautiful, intelligent women that are making a difference out on the West Coast.

The impressive list of celebrity award presenters for BIBO Los Angeles include: BIBO Alumna and Actress Yeniffer Behrens-Mendoza, (“General Hospital"), former boxer Alan Santana, Fragrance designer Geir Ness, Actor Deon Richmond (“Cosby Show”, "Psych”), and Actress Valery Ortiz (VH1’s “Hit the Floor”). Newly announced celebrity presenters include: Actor and producer Larry “Flash” Jenkins, Actresses Barbara Niven (“One Life to Live”), Liana Mendoza and Paula Jai Parker, Reinvention Expert Lisa Lockwood, and Reality TV star Patrice Curry and Actor Patrick Faucette.

There will be amazing women honored at this year’s event, including: Starlett award recipient Alli Simpson, (“Alli Simpson Show”), Gayle Jackson, (DeSean Jackson Foundation); Lupus Advocate Zenay Burton Arnold; Writer Nicole Conn and Licensed Psychologist  Dr. Sherrie Campbell. Other award honorees include: Award winning Journalist Naibe Reynoso, Alicia Mendoza (Founder, Hispanic Arts Theater), Animal Rights Activist Judie Mancuso and Actress Lourdes Colon.

BIBO is also proud to announce that one of this year’s Reflection Award honorees is Actress and AIDS Activist Sheryl Lee Ralph. In addition, Entrepreneurs Monika Wiela, Laura Martella, Anicia Bragg, Lumbie Mlambo and Mentor and Coach Shellie Hunt will all be honored at the BIBO Awards.

This year’s show will be hosted by Comedian, Empowerment speaker and Actor Ernie G. and co-hosted by TV Host and Producer Rachel Rudwall. There will be performances by singers Jamella and Olivia Dvorak. The BIBO Los Angeles Awards Show will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the The Garland, located at 4222 Vineland Ave. North Hollywood, CA 91602 (www.thegarland.com). Reception and purple carpet starts promptly at 6:00pm and awards show starts at 7pm PT. Attire is semi-formal.
