It is in recognizing the early signs of such topics and taking suitable remedial actions that an organization’s ability at issue management lies.

Issue management consists of the following elements:

o   The identification, observation and analysis of social, technological, political and economic forces and trends that may have an impact on the organization

o   The interpretation and definition of ensuing implications and options, and

o   The selection and implementation of strategies for managing issues.

If issues get out of hand, crises follow. The speaker at this webinar will make participants understand the three elements are common to a crisis: (a) the threat it poses to the organization, (b) the element of surprise it has in it, and (c) a short decision time.

He will equip participants with the tools and mechanisms needed for anticipating and resolving crises before they snowball into a full blown adverse situation.

About the Speaker:

Michal Forstner-Dambenois has 17 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in R&D and Drug Safety, having most recently headed the European PV department of a large international pharmaceutical company with the responsibility to establish and maintain a compliant and high-performance PV system in all EU and non-EU countries, including Russia/CIS and Israel.

He led the introduction of integrated risk management planning and the new EU-RMP process in a global PV organization, including development of RMP implementation processes and methods for the evaluation of effectiveness of risk minimization.
