Oahu team named No. 1 Team in Hawaii and named to America's Best Real Estate Agents list

HONOLULU - Aug. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Adrienne Lally and Attilio Leonardi, known as Team Lally, are based on Oahu but their willingness to sell real estate anywhere in Hawaii has resulted in the team being named the No. 1 team in Hawaii for closed transaction sides. The America’s Best Real Estate Agents (http://www.realtrends.com/best-real-estate-agents-hawaii) list is compiled by REAL Trends, in partnership with Trulia and Zillow, and was published in July. Only two other Hawaiian teams were included on this list.

In addition, REAL Trends compiled a separate list of top teams by most sales volume. Team Lally placed second on this list out of four Hawaiian real estate teams, based on $57.4 million in gross sales volume last year.

Team Lally is no stranger to being recognized on local top business professional lists, annually appearing on the Top 50 Realtors list compiled by Pacific Business News. They have also been on the Top 100 Realtors list, published by Hawaii Business, every year since 2009.

While the team is based out of Keller Williams in Honolulu, they service all the Hawaiian islands in both real estate sales and property management. Their property management division currently manages over 100 rentals. This year, Team Lally is on pace to surpass 2014 sales, averaging three new listings each week. The team also has an active property management division which currently manages more than 100 rentals.

Adrienne Lally is a second generation Realtor, following in her mother’s career footsteps. After attending Florida Atlantic University, she joined the U.S. Army. She met her husband, Chad, while in the military and can relate to military family needs as both a former soldier and a military spouse. Adrienne graduated from Chaminade, attending full-time while still active duty Army.

Real estate business partner Attilio Leonardi is an Oahu native who attended The Kamehahmeha Schools and, later, the University of Arizona. He is also the first founding president of the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce. In addition to traditional Hawaii real estate sales, Leonardi is a broker. The pair host The Team Lally Real Estate Show every week in both Maui and Oahu. The show airs every Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. on KAOI 1110 AM on Maui and every Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon on KHVH News Radio 830 on Oahu.
