Equinox Offers Outdoor Tabata Classes at Faneuil Hall

BOSTON - Aug. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT: This August Equinox, the upscale fitness and lifestyle leader with four locations in the Boston area, is once again offering Bostonians an unparalleled workout experience. On August 17 from 6:15PM-7:00PM, Equinox will offer a complimentary Tabata class at Faneuil Hall, open to members and non-members.

One of Equinox’s signature programs, Tabata is an intense workout that torches calories, boosts endurance, and strengthens every muscle with a high intensity routine. Perfect for beach season, the dynamic conditioning experience consists of 20 second bouts of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is done eight times at four minute intervals meant to increase athletic performance, boost VO2Max, and decrease body fat.
