LAS COLINAS, Texas - Aug. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- The Marci Barton Group and the Eva Bauer Team at RE/MAX DFW Associates, Las Colinas office are excited to announce the merger of their two real estate families creating the Barton-Bauer Group. The two groups encompass 6 members with 80 years of combined real estate experience in the Dallas- Fort Worth marketplace producing nearly $40 million in sales annually.

Marci Barton (Broker, ABR, ASP, CNE, CDPE, IRES), joined RE/MAX DFW Associates in 2005, after 25 successful years as a Broker/Owner and top agent at Century 21. Marci has been honored with both customer service and top sales awards. She is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has been awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award, as well as, being recognized year after year by D Magazine as a Top Producing Team.

Eva Bauer (ABR, CRS, CRP, SRES), is a third-generation native Texas realtor, and Top Producing Agent specializing in the Coppell market for more than 30 years. Over 80% of Eva’s business comes from personal referrals and she has been honored with the RE/MAX DFW Customer Service Award, as well as, the RE/MAX Circle of Legends, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, and RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide and D Magazine “Best of D” for the last 13 years.

Kimberly Barton (ABR, CNE, IRES), began with Marci at Century 21 and brings over 18 years of real estate expertise to the group. A former Ft. Worth resident for many years, Kimberly specializes in Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Flower Mound and Ft. Worth, as well as high rise living in downtown Dallas and Turtle Creek. With knowledge in all facets of real estate, Kimberly’s flair for design and high level negotiation skills make her an asset to every transaction.

Les Barton (MBA), has been a licensed realtor for 2 years. A businessman, entrepreneur and inventor, Les has provided exceptional marketing and management expertise to Marci’s group for over 44 years.

Pat Hammond (GRI), has been with the Eva Bauer Team for 12 years as the team’s transaction manager, specializing in working through contract details and deadlines to successfully reach closing.

Dana Agnew (CHMS), is a certified home marketing specialist, trained in property staging and marketing. Dana works with sellers throughout the listing process to maximize exposure to potential buyers.
