Three Members added to Catholic Charities of West Tennessee Board of Directors

 
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Aug. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Catholic Charities of West Tennessee (CCWTN) today announced the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors effective immediately

Barb Wanta joins our Board after serving as a dedicated volunteer of our Fig Tree food pantry and has been appointed to the Programs subcommittee of the our Board of Directors.   Barb and family are parishioners at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church in Germantown, Tennessee.

Carol Bigam is a Process Engineer for FedEx and an active parishioner at St. Brigid Parish in Southeast Memphis, where she is the Parish Social Ministry coordinator. Carol is a resident of Mid-town and has been appointed to the Parish Social Ministry subcommittee of the Board.

Linda Tharp Pate is a Doctor of Optometry with offices in Mid-town Memphis. She is a parishioner of St. Augustine parish in South Memphis and lives with her family in Collierville. Linda is an active community volunteer who has served on numerous Civic Boards in past years and she has been appointed to the Parish Social Ministry subcommittee of our Board.

Commenting on the addition of these new members, Michael D. Allen, President / CEO of Catholic Charities of West Tennessee said, “We are so pleased to have each of these individuals join our Board. Each brings diverse experiences and gifts along with a strong desire to help our neighbors in need. We look forward to their active participation and contributions.”
