By: The Nichols Family Press SPACE BAR to Continue This 2,400 mile journey has long been a dream of the family and since unfortunate circumstances with their current home are forcing them to move they are ready to take on this adventure sooner than they could have imagined. They currently live in a low income apartment complex in North Georgia. This complex has a limit on the number of people allowed in each apartment and the Nichols family will exceed that limit any day now with the birth of their fifth child. They have until the end of their lease and they are out. The only problem is they have no means to get this trip done without some outside help. Press SPACE BAR to Continue The family decided for their crowdfunding campaign that they would put a play on the popular 80's/90's computer game "The Oregon Trail". They are requesting help with items like oxen, a wagon, food, clothing, and other essentials for their trip to the frontier. Of course most of these listed items have been modernized for today's world. For instance the "wagon" the family seeks is actually a cargo trailer to help tote their belongings across the country. If the campaign is successfully funded; this particular item will be gifted to one of their supporters. Or they have offered, if that lucky supporter prefers, to donate the trailer to a needy organization in their new community in Oregon. Press SPACE BAR to Continue The family has until October 31st to move out of their apartment.
