ATLANTA - July 31, 2015 - PRLog -- Popular in Washington DC and Chicago, Learnapalooza is making its debut Aug 12 in the ATL as a skillshare festival for all ages, celebrating that everyone has something to teach and everyone has something to learn.

Atlantans can learn how to play the guitar, try out 3D printing, learn to brew their own beer, build a raised bed vegetable garden, carpentry, and top anxiety busters. These are just a few of the 65+ workshops available at http://Learnapaloozaatl.com on Saturday, August 1st at Chattahoochee Hills Charter School in South Fulton County near Serenbe.

There are even classes for the kids like the ins and outs to the law for teens, felt soap making, drumming, puppetry, body language, jewelry making and yoga!

An expected 1,500 Atlantaarea residents will attend the festival held at the new Chattahoochee Hills Charter School campus. Festivities include food trucks from King of Pops, Cape Pies, Tracy’s Tasties, Fry Guy Atlanta, Crepe Suzette, the Toasted Cheese Truck and a maker’s market.

A VIP foodie dinner at neighboring Serenbe will be held on Sunday, August 2 with a hog roast by Jay Swift of 4th and Swift, a collaborative artist creation by Tom Swanston, a cheesemaking demonstration by Many Fold Farm, local SweetWater Beer, wine tasting by Vignette Cellars and music by Kate and Corey.

All proceeds of Learnapalooza ATL benefit the Chattahoochee Hills Charter School Foundation. The Foundation supports Chattahoochee Hills Charter School, a charter school that opened in 2014 and serves the South Fulton community with grades K6. With over 345 students enrolled and another 300 students on the waiting list, CHCS is already providing high quality elementary education in South Fulton and plans to add grades 6 through 8 over the coming 3 years.
