Tampa, Fla. (June 29, 2015) – Oviedo Mall has recently leased and open over 55,000 square feet of new retailers, China Bistro, Oyishi Japanese Steak House, O2B Kids, Zoo Fitness and Oviedo Fudge.

Continuing this upward momentum, 3D Investments has added LandQwest Commercial to their leasing strategy. With a combined 89 years of experience in regional mall leasing, Bill Robbins, Mark Sneed and Dan Thompson will provide insight and guidance to take Oviedo Mall into the future.
