Henderson Franklin Paralegal Nickie Stewart Honored at National NALA Convention

FORT MYERS, Fla. - July 30, 2015 - PRLog -- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Nickie Stewart, a paralegal in the Commercial Litigation Division, received at NALA’s 40th annual national convention, the 2015 Affiliates Award for “outstanding contribution and dedication to the advancement of the paralegal profession through volunteer service to NALA affiliated associations.” Stewart is an active member of the Gulf Coast Paralegal Association in Southwest Florida.

Stewart joined Henderson Franklin in 1978. She obtained her paralegal certification as a Certified Legal Assistant from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in May 1987. Stewart also obtained her Florida Bar Registered Paralegal designation in July 2008. She continues her education at seminars and conferences to maintain her CLA/CP and FRP designations.

Stewart resides in North Fort Myers with her husband, Gordon. They have a daughter, son and two grandchildren. In her spare time, She enjoys gardening, particularly native landscaping and butterfly habitats, walking, and bowling.
