Many women are beginning the second phases of their professional and personal lives after the age of 50. Making a major life transition after 50 requires support and encouragement, which is what inspired Brenda Braxton to develop “Act 2…Now What?”, appropriately titled with reference to her career in show business. “My Act 1 has been a wonderful journey and I have been blessed on many levels, but nothing really prepares you for this sort of turn in your life…over 50! Women over 50 often times feel forgotten and resources to address our specific needs are lacking.
