An Educational Event on the Know Before You Owe Mortgage Disclosure Rule
 
SAN DIEGO - July 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Cornerstone Mortgage Group, a full service mortgage company specializing in purchasing and refinancing announces an educational luncheon on the new Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosure rule, also called TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) rule, to be held at URBN Coal Fired Pizza in San Diego on September 2, 2015 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Cornerstone Mortgage Group organized this event exclusively for real estate agents, title representatives and escrow officers in San Diego County to anticipate and prepare for the required expectations in the new TRID rule and implementation process.

Cornerstone Mortgage Group, Vice President, Sean Cahan, will host the luncheon along with guest speaker, David Luna of Mortgage Educators and Compliance (MEC). A presentation and a question and answer session will take place where various issues will be addressed as to how this ruling will affect real estate transactions after October 3, 2015.

“The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) implemented the TRID regulation which represents the new integrated disclosures for real estate transactions,” says Cahan. “There’s no need to fear this change. The purpose of our educational luncheon is to provide tools, tips and insights to effectively become TRID ready and compliant, especially as it relates to consumers, real estate agents, title representatives and escrow officers.”
