By: Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort “We are proud to showcase such high caliber musical talent,” said Kevin Stickelman, LVSSR’s president and general manager. “This is a family friendly event, and a great way for locals and visitors to Las Vegas to enjoy the pristine high alpine of Lee Canyon.” Ballerini, 21, a native of Tennessee, earned a spot among country music’s leading women like Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood and Carrie Underwood when her debut single hit No. 1. She was recently named one of Country Music Television’s Next Women of Country. Publications including Billboard, Country Weekly, Rolling Stone Country, The Huffington Post, USA Today, and The Washington Post have included her on their “2015 Ones to Watch” lists. Jill & Julia are Las Vegas based singer-songwriters who have performed across the United States. The sisters’ music has been described as a departure from traditional country music offering a blend of the alternative and folks genre. Las Vegas native and singer-songwriter Sierra Black was a top finalist on the Glee Project on Oxygen and has been an opening act for musicians like Uncle Kracker, Little Big Town, Joe Nichols and many more. LVSSR is open for summer activities Friday through Sunday (including holidays), from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Labor Day.
