Organizations earn $1.50 per wristband sold. For information, call the Tulare County Fairgrounds, 686-4707, or sign up for the program at the fairgrounds office, now located in the former Jockey Club, 620 K St. The wristbands sell for $20 each in advance and $30 during Fair week. “The 2015 carnival and Kiddie Land are going to be even better than last year, and the wristbands allow fairgoers to ride every ride for one flat fee,” noted Pamela Fyock, CEO. “The wristbands sell themselves, and the nonprofits can generate funds to support their programs. It’s a win-win.” The Tulare County Fair will run Sept. 16-20, offering a week of entertainment for the family, educational activities for children, the annual Junior Livestock Auction, Fair food, fun rides and more.
