HANOVER, Mass. - July 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Epstein, Lipsey & Clifford, P.C. of Hanover, a full-service law firm that provides services in the field of real estate, Social Security, workers’ compensation, and personal injury, is once again sponsoring the Ellie Fund’s “Real Golfers Wear Pink” Charity Golf Tournament Presented by Walmart at the Wollaston Golf Club, 999 Randolph Avenue in Milton on August 31st.

The event kicks off with box lunches and driving range at 11:00 a.m. followed by golf (Scramble Format) at 1 pm. The day’s activities wind down with a cocktail reception and dinner with awards, silent auction and prize drawing. All proceeds benefit the Ellie Fund, a Needham-based nonprofit whose mission is to provide essential support services for breast cancer patients to ease the stresses of everyday life, allowing the focus to be on family, recovery and healing.

“We are thrilled to host the 3rd Annual Real Golfers Wear Pink with the joint efforts of tournament creator and Ellie Fund Board Member Scott Clifford and Epstein, Lipsey & Clifford and Sean and Amy Sparks who also hosted a charity golf tournament to benefit the Ellie Fund in recent years. We are overwhelmed by the generous support of Title Sponsor Walmart and all of our tournament partners who have chosen to take an active role in efforts to alleviate the physical, financial and emotional side effects of breast cancer treatment.  The tournament promises to be a fabulous, fun-filled day of golf and socializing and as always, will sell out quickly!” said Ellie Fund Executive Director, Gail Fine.

Registration fee, which includes 18 holes of golf, driving range use and reception is $185. Please note that space is limited. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. For details and to register, visit Elliefund.org/golf. Registration fees and donations may also be paid via check. Please make payable to the Ellie Fund and send to Ellie Fund, Attn: Hillary Harrelson, 475 Hillside Avenue, Needham, MA 02494.

Epstein. Lipsey & Clifford began supporting the Ellie Fund in 2011 and has raised $107,300 for the organization to date. In recent years, Sean and Amy Sparks have also hosted a golf tournament in partnership with Tetra Tech to support the Ellie Fund.  This year they are teaming up with Epstein, Lipsey & Clifford to make the 3rd Annual Real Golfers Wear Pink Presented by Walmart even bigger and better in order to raise more awareness and funds for the Ellie Fund.

“We are grateful to Walmart for their title sponsorship of this year’s tournament and we are proud to add our name as a sponsor for the Ellie Fund’s ‘Real Golfers Wear Pink’ event.  It’s a great opportunity to get out and enjoy the day while supporting an organization that works every day to help those families that are affected by breast cancer in real, tangible ways,” said Scott Clifford, partner at Epstein, Lipsey & Clifford.
