Oh the pain of entering credit card numbers by hand!  Another popular request from many MassageBookers has resulted in our work to provide you with credit card swiping solution that spares you the agony of typing in credit card numbers one by one while your client watches you. Keeping all the transactional details in MassageBook makes keeping financial records a breeze!

The USB card reader plugs into any desktop or laptop PC or Mac computer and will automatically read credit card information into the correct fields during checkout. (We haven't forgotten about the mobile solution - it will come later...)

The USB card readers sell for $25 and and are now available for purchase in the iKnead store within MassageBook. Get your swipe on!

You'd like to give a client a partial or full refund. Now you can easily refund partial or full amounts for credit card charges, cash, check and even issue store credit as a refund type.

You'll find this helpful new feature in your business Sales section in the Sales Activity area.  Just select the transaction you'd like to issue a refund against, click the green "Refund" button, and enter the details of your refund.

All refunds with their associated reasons are tracked right on the original transaction.
