Four Guys From L.a. Go For Broke Helping Veterans

PHOENIX - July 23, 2015 - PRLog -- THE WISEGUYS COMEDY TOUR FOR VETERANS

Frank Saldamando, Drew Manning, D.A. Jonze and their manager Adrian Valenzuela set out to take their talents and whatever money they had on a trek to make people laugh and raise funding for local veterans charities. This diverse troop of comics are known as The WiseGuys of Comedy and with their trusty 1985 Excalibor Georgie Boy RV, they plan on going from city to city in this great nation known as the USA. First stop, Phoenix, Arizona. Adrian, who is a proud ex-marine and avid fan of comedy, saw something in three struggling comics that even the USO would be proud of. Living off basic necessities and a strong will, these four young men are in it to win it or die trying. The hard part  is getting booked, and when they do get booked, the local residents are sympathetic, but few show up. Out of 100 radio stations contacted, only two replied and one actually booked them for an interview in August. “That's a start.” Says D.A. Jonze, “We just have to stay positive and hope people will realize how important this is.”
