Dr Prasad will speak on the topic "Understanding Bio-similar molecule" where he will present a clear idea of the term bio-similarand focus on its scientific and regulatory aspects. Eye Foundation, AMRI and i4vision. Before settling in Kolkata, India, Dr Prasad served as a consultant ophthalmologist in several hospitals in the UK where he was performing nearly 300 vitrectomy surgeries a year and treating about 1000 patients suffering from various retinal conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, venous occlusions and others. Dr Prasad has always been an innovator and early adopter of the latest surgical techniques. He is active in the leading national and international ophthalmology societies and a regular faculty at the UK, European and American Societies of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
