8z Real Estate Opens Office in Parker

BOULDER, Colo. - July 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Colorado real estate brokerage 8z Real Estate recently opened a new office in Parker, Colo., which will be known as “8z Parker.” Located at 19025 E. Plaza Drive, the new office is centrally located within Parker’s retail and commercial district along South Parker Road, between Lincoln Avenue and Main Street.

The new office allows 8z Real Estate to recruit and grow the number of community experts in Parker. 8z aims for a one to one ratio of neighborhood experts to communities, so that homebuyers and sellers can work with a professional who has knowledge of the specific market dynamics in that neighborhood. The Parker real estate market has remained busy through 2015. While the market is a little cooler than it was a few months ago, there is still a shortage of inventory. Maxwell explains, “New build homes in Parker are not available to move in for ten to twelve months. In the resale market, there are generally fewer competing offers buyers have to contend with – one or two versus the ten or more a few months ago. It is a better time for buyers who may have become exhausted searching for a home a few months ago, to start searching again with a neighborhood expert.”
