Follow on Google News | Insanity Max 30 and Focus T25 which workout is right for you?So I’m seeing a lot of comparisons between Insanity MAX:30 and other workouts made by Shaun T, such as: Insanity MAX:30 vs Asylum or Insanity MAX:30 vs T25
By: bigtimego.com Another issue many people have is having to buy new equipment for a new workout. Focus T25 requires some equipment and would be the choice for you if you enjoy working with dumbbells. Insanity Max 30 does not require any equipment and would be a good choice for anyone that doesn’t have equipment and doesn’t want to have to buy any. The next issue a lot of people will examine is the length of the program all together. Insanity Max 30 is a two month program while Focus T25 is two and a half months. This is another area where these workouts pretty much run the race together. How long you have to complete the workout and what you are working out for will determine which of these will be an optimal choice for your lifestyle. Both of these workout series have a modifier you can watch if you would rather watch the modifier the entire time Insanity Max 30 has an option on its DVD that will let you split the TV screen to have the modifier on one half the entire time while the other half shows you the regular video. If you are looking for something really intense you would want to consider purchasing Insanity Max 30. The price can be another large factor when it comes to finding a workout however these two cost the exact same amount therefore you are able to really choose the one that will work for you and your lifestyle. Another thought is what do you want to be doing during your workout? With Focus T25 you need to really focus through the entire workout, but Insanity Max 30 is all about maxing out your body and pushing it each time as far as it will go. Both of these workouts come with an extremely detailed nutrition plan and will even show you how to stay on target if you are on the go and eating out. These workouts will show you results as quickly as your body is able to handle them. At this point you might be wondering how many days a week do I have to do these workouts? Five days a week for both programs however the Focus T25 has the option of doing a “double” on Friday so you may actually work fifty minutes on Fridays if you choose to do so. Both programs use Sunday as a stretch day. All together deciding which workout will be best for you comes down to really getting to know what the program requires is it mental or physical? You may not like cardio crazy Insanity type workouts, and that’s okay too. Do what you LOVE, do what you ENJOY, and do what gets you to workout every day. Do I love dying during my MAX:30 workouts? Yes, in a twisted way. Will I do another 60 day round after this one, probably not. But it will be a valuable DVD set to keep in my arsenal. I can add it to the variety I need in my cardio library. Not to mention, I’m betting someone here will want to do 21 Day Extreme. Or something new that comes out. That goes back to my love of variety. :) If you’re on the MAX:30 journey, post your comments, what do you think? Maybe you have your own comparison?
