Mobile App Developers; Showcase Your App at Two Michigan Events

DETROIT - July 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Do you have a great Mobile App that you want to demonstrate to a live audience?  Now is your chance! MTAM has two great opportunities for Michigan mobile app developers to showcase the great work they’re doing!

First, Mobile Monday Detroit is providing an opportunity for 6 individual mobile app developers or mobile app development firms to present their apps at the August 10^th Mobile Monday Detroit event at TechTown. Each presenter will have 10 minutes to showcase their app to our audience; all presentations will include answering MoMoDetroit provided questions that will help the audience gain a clear understanding about your app, what it does, why you developed it, and how well it’s working for those who use it. You may submit apps that have been contracted from you by clients, or you may submit apps that you have developed to market on your own. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and after the presentations are completed, presenters will have an opportunity to network with the audience and answer questions about their apps.

The second opportunity to showcase your app will take place at the 2015 Michigan Broadband Conference on October 20th at the Lansing Center in Lansing, where MTAM is an event sponsor. Up to 12 individual mobile app developers or mobile development firms will be selected to participate at the Conference. Those selected will receive exhibit space where they can display materials and demonstrate their app to event attendees. Again, you may showcase apps that have been contracted from you by clients, or you may submit apps that you have developed to market on your own.

The audience at the Michigan Broadband Conference will include: nationally recognized broadband and technology experts, and local leaders from community and economic development, education, digital literacy, healthcare, and workforce development and more. Those applying to present at these events MUST be members of the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan (MTAM).
