Aflik Nuage replaced by Interim CFO Ms. Stockert to reassure investor confidence

Electronics 62761 announced today that Mr. Aflik Nuage will voluntarily step down as Chief Executive officer, and the board has named Mrs. Lauren Stockert, previously Electronics62761’s Chief Financial Officer, as the company’s new CEO. Stockert's appointment is effective immediately.

Alfik Nuage has taken the moral route of stepping down while the company is under investigation for financial and book keeping discrepancies. Mr. Nuage was not forced into a resignation but has been forthright to assure shareholders that he does not plan to use his position to influence the investigation.

Mrs. Stokert assured investors that Mr. Nuage nor Electronics62761 is involved in any financial misconduct or discrepancy. She commented that, “Electronics62761 holds all of its employees, officers and stakeholders in high standards holds everyone to a high moral threshold.”
