Elite 7v7 'Scholar Athlete' High School Championship™

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - July 17, 2015 - PRLog -- The Elite 7v7 National Football Association™ http://www.elite7v7.com continued this years tournament schedule on July 11th at Mullins Park in Coral Springs, FL with the Elite 7v7 'Scholar Athlete' High School Championship™ presented by the Keeping Dreams Alive foundation™ http://kdafoundation.org.

Congratulations to Miami Springs High School for winning the Championship and having their name added to the Championship Cup Trophy. The Championship Cup will remain at their High School until they come back to defend their title in 2016. The Golden Hawks came into the Championship round seeded 3rd with the 3rd highest score in pool play. The Hawks also had two of their outstanding players win both the Offense & Defensive MVP Awards. The Offensive MVP was awarded to David Bradly Jr. and the Defensive MVP was awarded to Angel Maldonado. It was a great day for the Golden Hawks.

Along with the Elite 7v7™ Tournament Championship the day was filled with exciting competition with a morning Combine ran by Bommarito Performance Systems (BommaritoPerformance.com) and their outstanding group of trainers followed by a Big & Heavy Lineman Challenge ran by our NYFO Team that came in from NC specifically for the Event. The afternoon was filled with the 16 team single elimination all the way to the Championship Game that was streamed LIVE on our affiliate network HSPNSports.com™ as well as our strategic partners FloridaHSFootball.com, Bleechr.com, FloridaGridironPreps.com and HighSchoolFootballAmerica.com with over 1.2m+ reach.

Overall, 16 High Schools from Dade, Broward & Palm Beach competed with over 450 Student Athletes. None of this would have been possible without the support and sponsorship (of all of the student athletes) by the Keeping Dreams Alive Foundation™ (kdafoundation.org) a 501(c)3 non profit organization since 2001 and its' staff of passionate volunteers, which firmly believes; 'Change One Life, Change a Generation'™
