Copernico Wall Light designed by Carlotta de Bevilacqua for Artemide

July 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Inspired by Nicolaus Copernicus, who in 1543 presented a heliocentric model of the universe, this luminaire consists of three concentric mobile elements obtained from a single aluminum plate supporting a circuit of 400 white LEDs. The two internal elements rotate independently on the horizontal axis, enabling the light emission to be directed and numerous spatial configurations to be obtained at the same time.
