Northwest Arkansas Realtors the Limbird Team Named to Wall Street Journal Top 250 Teams in U.S

July 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Ranking No. 125 nationally for closed team transactions, the Limbird Team had 325 closed transaction sides in 2014. It was their best year to date and the first time the team made this elite list.

The Limbird Team specializes in residential real estate in Northwest Arkansas and is licensed with RE/MAX Real Estate Results. With this recognition, the team is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1,100,000 Realtors® nationwide.

* Individual Sales Professionals—Transaction sides (in each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s.)
* Team Professionals—Sales volume
* Team Professionals—Transaction sides

Being in the top half of this Top 250 list was even more of an accomplishment when considering Limbird was competing with agents in much larger markets like Chicago, Dallas and Denver, to name a few. The Limbird Team was the only Arkansas real estate team to make either of the above team lists.

The Limbird Team, founded by Arkansas native Nick and Tara Limbird in 2010, has rapidly grown to 10 agents.
