Celestial Caring Enterprises Welcomes Two New Interns

GAITHERSBURG, Md. - July 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Celestial Caring Enterprises announces the new A&R Internship Program starting with bringing on board two highly qualified local interns that led CCE to develop a needed program, A&R Internship under the leadership of Tishawn Marie, President of Celestial Caring Enterprises.

The 3 month A&R Internship Program is open to those that have a passion for becoming a professional A&R in the music industry.  CCE’s interns will receive experience through being educated properly in the role of an A&R through coaching sessions, self-study e-learning, and gaining hands on experience by working on tasks and projects that will be beneficial to CCE and its clients, partners, associates, and networks.

A Public Relations Firm that works with Artists, Record Labels, Entertainment, Management, Music Production and Music Publishing companies should have an A&R on the team.  This role is very vital to Publicists and Public Relations Consultants in regards to the overall development of a brand and image.

“As a Publicist operating a Public Relations Boutique, I always incorporate my experience of over 16 years in Executive positions, such as an A&R Director, Artist Manager, Product Manager, Music Editor, Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations, and Music Business Development Consultant which has lead me to educate my clients while streamlining the entire PR process because I have learned the business of music. However, due to the industry changing so much, I continue to self-educate myself and lean on my music veterans that have mentored me throughout the years,” said Tishawn Marie.

CCE is excited to have the new interns, TK Spandhla from Washington, DC and Christian James from Columbia, Maryland on board with the family business that has been operating for the last 8 years.

TK Spandhla is a recent communications and public relations graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park. His studies and experiences have helped shape his passion for creating digital marketing presences, social media marketing, creative messaging and event coordination. To him, music is the purest form of art and a lifetime love; anything involving it can never be considered work. On top of his growing hobby as a music producer, he hopes his future endeavors lead him to a successful career in the music industry.

"I am very excited to be joining CCE! I think Tishawn is a very professional Publicist and someone who is very well knowledged in the music industry. I hope to be eventually working in the music industry myself and help put a spotlight on the world's hidden talent. I believe Tishawn will give me a great understanding of the industry, but will also be very beneficial to know for networking purposes."

Christian James is a 23 year old, Los Angeles native, entrepreneur, and music enthusiast. He’s managed, engineered, co-produced, mixed/mastered, and composed music for many acts ranging from Hip Hop, R&B, and Pop. He’s assisted with Public Relations and Production of many talented artists on the rise. He’s had the pleasure of working alongside big names in the industry, such as, “Kevin Jackson” and the “Winans” family. He enjoys networking, reaching goals, and helping others reach goals on their own. He’s accessible to talent and has a passion for what he does when networking events and assisting in branding fashion lines and entertainment companies. He likes to get things done “Early!”

Currently, both interns have been learning, “How to Scout for Talent,” but due to the increase of CCE’s client workload, both interns are taking on major tasks and projects that opens the door to the real world of the professional life of an A&R.
