PRLog -- After the loss of both her parents and her fiancé Derek, Tammy finds herself at wits end. Tammy musters up enough courage and presses her way through under grad studies and law school. With the misguided guidance of her Aunt Dott and Uncle Shakespeare, Tammy manages her home, career and tolerates her aunt and uncle. After her 30th birthday the question that resounds in Tammy's mind is Why Am I Still Single? Ebony, Tammy's best friend, has a remedy, she decides to call all of their college friends over for a "get together” - The "get togther" planned by Ebony, Tammy's best friend, will reveal secrets that will thrust Tammy back to square one.
Pastor Phelps, (played by Santione Butler) and First Lady Phelps (played by Jessica Jordan) secret gets revealed first and causes a chain reaction in the house. This chain reaction will cause Tammy to question faith, family and friends.
Aunt Dott is played by Augusta's own Patrece Williams.. Patrece in her role as Aunt Dott, will leave you in stiches and wondering, "what planet did Aunt Dott come from." Up and coming Actor Kerby Frederick plays the role of Uncle Shakespear who hardly ever comes out of his room except to get his daily dose of CoCo Puffs. Ms. Janey (played by Anne Richardson-Smith)
and Ms. Sealey (played by Eumeasha Wilson), the nosey neighbors will pop up at times and say the darndest things. Kiora Kunnigham plays the role of FeFe, who has yet to master the art of thinking before she speaks. Shala Bussey plays the role of Erica, the daughter that is just looking for answers. Erica's father, Quincy played by Quizeille Johnson, fears what she may do; so he follows his daughter to Augusta from Atlanta, but will it help? Kayla Calderone plays the role of Ebony, Tammy's best friend. Ebony loves Tammy like a sister and will not hesitate to tell her the truth in love. LeAnn Foster plays the role of FeFe's nemesis: the intelligent, fashionable Ruby; the friend with the "6 figure salary" who flys in from the island of Jamaica and inspite of her success, her husband still works "three jobs." Tametria Campbell plays the role of Vanessa who's marriage is in turmoil and makes sure her girlfriends never find out about it, or will they? Robin Prioleau, plays the role of Jada, a young lady that is screaming silently because of her mother Vanessa's inability to discern her daughter's pain. Tania Figueroua plays the role of Rauqel, who will do anything to become a United States citizen. Shammah Fuller plays the roll of Jethro, a guy with a speech impedement who finally gets the opportunity to tell Rauqel how he feels about her games, if he can just get the word out. The annoying Joe the Telephone Man, played by Brandon Ivey, an unlicensed handy man, always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The talented and gifted Michael Dove plays the role of Steve, a man that is waiting on Tammy to discover that he is and always has been the man of her dreams. Last but not lease, we are excited to introduce, LaChaundra Gant as Tammy, the one that has to deal with all of the personalities, complexities and drama or will she?
