Empowerment advocate launches youth confidence book

MINNEAPOLIS - July 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Minnesota self-published youth author just launched a new kind of book this month to provide kids, teens and young adults the inner essentials to build self-esteem in order to flourish. Happy Bright Light: A Weekly Empowerment Guide has something for all attention span levels and includes nature photos, empowerment tips and a personal journal. The focus is primarily on encouraging readers to prioritize self-care, build upon personal strength and look for opportunities in challenges.

In addition to young people, this book is also a tool for parents, teachers and other role models to help guide their young protégés toward thriving in life. “I wrote this book to inspire my readers to be their best, not just in the future, but starting today,” said author Kelly Stone. “This includes taking a closer look at life, so I included nature images as a reminder that everyone, just like the world they live in, is continuously growing.”

After going through a personal growth transformation herself, Stone’s focus turned toward relating her experience and developed the creation of a new type of book that allows the next generation to become more confident sooner in life. “I finally started living my life without looking for permission to live it,” said Stone, who wants to teach younger generations that they don’t have to wait till they’re older to be strong and empowered.
