Now there is a one-time $4 flat handling charge per order plus an associated shipping fee for each massage product. Every massage item’s description includes a corresponding shipping fee in the pricing information. Rates vary based on specific massage product, and in the case of some massage equipment, delivery location and quantity.

According to Peter Wang, Marketing Director for BestMassage.com, “The updated pricing rates are in response to our customers request for more economical shipping. Based on client feedback, we’ve improved our shipping rates to be even more affordable. The BestMassage.com team spent a long time analyzing information to offer customers the best shipping rates commensurate with purchases and shipping destination. For some massage items, if the delivery location is in Chicago, the shipping fee is reduced. For some massage inventory like electric massage tables, shipping fees are significantly lowered after purchasing more than one.”

The shipping fee for every massage product can be found on the massage product’s description page. The Shipping Info tab includes examples to explain the breakdown of the total S&H price whether a single purchase, mixed multiple purchase or identical multiple purchase, sometimes based on shipping destination. A chart also illustrates how total S&H rates are calculated. Upon checkout, customers can enter their zip code to generate a total S&H cost estimate with the Shipping Calculator located in the Shopping Cart.
