This five-part video series is part of the larger Advanced Supervisor Skills series.
The Body Language series covers three primary learning objectives:

o    Learn how to better read others using scanning techniques
o    Eliminate your own negatives
o    Learn how to control your own body language

These videos are designed to show clients how to better understand the process of communicating non-verbally both inside and outside the workplace.
