Hygienic Holding Group (FINE) Signs New Labor Agreement with General Union for Workers in Printing

AMMAN, Jordan - July 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Hygienic Holding Group (FINE) Signs New Labor Agreement with General Union for Workers in Printing and Paper

Amman, Jordan—July 2015: Hygienic Holding Group (HHG), the mother company that embraces all FINE Hygienic Paper companies in the region under its umbrella, recently signed a labor agreement with the General Union for Workers in Printing and Paper in Jordan. According to the agreement, the Group will give incentives and salary increases to its employees, in addition to salary promotion for females working at the production lines at FINE factories.

Through this agreement, which was put into effect on April 1^st, 2015, Hygienic Holding Group aims to provide the ideal working environment for employees who work at companies included in the agreement; which are FINE Hygienic Paper, Al Keena Hygienic Paper Mill, Al Snobar Hygienic Paper Mill, Perfect Printing Press, and Specialized Industries Company.

The agreement was signed by Nicola Billeh; Hygienic Holding Group Human Energy Director, and Mohammad Al Zubi; President of the General Union,at Jordan’s Ministry of Labor.

Commenting on the occasion, Billeh said: “Hygienic Holding Group has taken significant steps forward to guarantee additional work benefits and to improve working environment for its employees, in line with our vision to be the employer of choice for our employees and job seekers. The agreement reflects the great appreciation we have for our dedicated employees and their valuable role in work development as well as raising the productivity level. The agreement further highlights the strong relations across all managerial levels at the Group with the General Union, which we consider our sustained partner.”

From his part, Mohammed Al Zoubi, President of the Union said: “Our agreement with Hygienic Holding Group confirms that their employees are continuously entitled to improved conditions in order to assure their sustained productivity. The agreement guarantees  valuablebenefits to the Group’s employees, which will absolutely lead to improve their living conditions as well as give greater economic stability to Jordan.”
