Mr. Bargainer’s award-winning work in planning and design over the past 23 years has served numerous communities within Central Texas. At Halff, Mr. Bargainer will manage large multi-disciplined planning and design teams on complex projects. He has the unique ability to visually and graphically analyze and develop alternative solutions which lead to early success in schematic design and design development phases of a project. His diverse experience with both private and public sector projects gives him the ability to focus on the big picture and client satisfaction while successfully leading projects through to completion. Mr. Binkowski brings 21 years of professional experience as an award-winning landscape architect. As senior project manager, he will focus on parks, trails, and open space projects. He has served federal, state- and municipal-funded projects and his knowledge of the construction industry and technical expertise are beneficial to each client. They will continue to serve clients in Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, San Marcos, San Antonio, Houston, and surrounding areas. Mr. Bargainer earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the American Planning Association (APA), the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), and the Texas Recreation and Parks Society (TRAPS), among others. Mr. Binkowski earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. He is a member of ASLA and TRAPS.
