They came in full force from all over the country to connect with buyers and key decision-makers from Fortune powerhouses, government agencies, large non-profits, and the small/minority business community. “As the oldest and largest organization of its kind, USPAACC has represented the interests of the Asian American business community for over 30 years,” said Sachdev. “CelebrAsian is about innovation, opportunity, and connection. It offers each of us the chance to expand our networks with fellow entrepreneurs, and foster new partnerships and alliances. Through innovative programs, CelebrAsian provides a roadmap to Asian American suppliers to effectively navigate the supplier diversity arena and access procurement opportunities. In all, 880 Conference participants gathered for 3 days under one roof, 411 Asian American suppliers came from all over the country to connect with 91 Fortune powerhouses, 34 Government Agencies and 14 Media partners. 500 pre-scheduled one-on-one business matchmaking meetings were held between suppliers and buyers, about 50 commodities that major corporations and government agencies will purchase in the coming 18-24 months.
