Scott fell in love with music and began writing lyrics at the age of 9 after being influenced by his older brother's 7th grade friend who was a DJ and soon to be what Scott describes as his mentor. By the age of 11, Scott bought his first pair of Turntables which he used to perform in a school talent show. Scott started doing parties for people at a young age, putting the "icing on the cake" by spinning unreleased records that he obtained after joining a record pool. At 12 years old, Scott began making rap beats on FL Studio [Fruity Loops back then] and began building a home studio with a recording booth when he was 15. Later that same year, Scott performed as the opening act for a Stagga Lee concert with his high school friend Cuzz Flip. From 21 to 23, Scott composed his first 2 solo rap mixtapes. The mixtapes included features from guest appearances such as Max B, Styles P, French Montana, Trina, and Lil' Scrappy. At 25 Scott released “The Hood MTV:Dappadan On Demand", a You Tube webisode series where artists such as Shawty Lo, Michael Blackson, and rapper “Freeway” sat down for interviews and discussed their latest projects. Before the age of 26 Scott created 2 video games "Dappadan Hustler" and "Dappadan RPG” with the help of Mike A. Moreton. Scottie now serves the music industry full time with his music production skills. End
