Alvic Property Managment - Rip Off Beware

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - July 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Alvic Property Management located at 104 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204 is the worst Brooklyn property management company in NYC and Brooklyn NY. Alvin Property management, of Brooklyn owned nd operated by a man that goes by the name of Simon is nothing more then a crook and by far the worst company to use to manage your buildings. He has left many buildings with violations and whats worse is he rarely does what he is supposed to do as far as property management in Brooklyn is concerned as my Brooklyn property has numerous violations from HPD because we used Alvic Property Management of Brooklyn located at 104 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204

What i like most about Alvic Propert Management of Brooklyn Ny is the fact that all the work that they do manage to complete is done through outside contractors and that i have personally watched the manager take kick backs” money for recommendations” on services that he had ordered to my building.

Some of the worst traits of Alvic Property Management of 104 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204 is the attitude that they have towards there customers. They are rude and the daughter is an attorney so when you need legal work done, they charge an extremely  high fee and then set up a fake manhattan address to make it look like some big law firm is handling your case, mean while all work is done out of 104 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204.

Some of the problems that my building had do to poor property management from Alvic property management located at104 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204 is sewage issues which we payed to get fixed, wet floors with no signs as to where i slipped and almost broke my leg, doors which were installed without vents, shady contractors which worked under the table for the management company and never completed there work.

Please consider this as a reminder to anyone that is planning on doing business with Brookly’s Alvic property management of 104 Avenue O, Brooklyn, NY 11204 as they will destroy your building and any other property that you put into their possession. They are unreliable, un trustworthy, incompetent, liars that will do anything to get your business and will help destroy what you have. Beware of Alvic Property Management
