St. Louis Realtors Mark and Neil Gellman Named to Wall Street Journal Top 250 Teams in U.S. list

ATLANTA - July 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Ranking No. 225 nationally for closed team transactions, they had 248 closed transaction sides in 2014. It was their best year to date. This is the first year the Gellmans made this list of nationally ranked real estate professionals. The Gellman Team specializes in residential real estate in St. Louis County, St. Charles County and northern Jefferson County and is based out of the Coldwell Banker Premier Group in St. Louis.

With this recognition, the team is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1,100,000 Realtors® nationwide. This honor is one of many the team has received in the last year. They were named the No. 1 full service St. Louis real estate team out of more than 9,000 area agents in 2014. They are the No. 1 Coldwell Banker team in Missouri as well as a top 10 Coldwell Banker Affiliate Team for North America.

·   Individual Sales Professionals—Transaction sides (in each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s.)
·   Team Professionals—Sales volume
·   Team Professionals—Transaction sides

The team also appeared on the teams list for sales volume, placing 234^th.
