D’Cruze joins TeamGO with 15 years of mortgage industry experience. She started working in finance due to a love of numbers and when she started a family, she decided to become a Realtor. It was her friends in real estate that persuaded D’Cruze to get into the mortgage side of the industry so they could send their business to a knowledgeable loan officer.

D’Cruze has a knack for public speaking. She is licensed in both Illinois and Florida where she hosts seminars for Realtors, first time homebuyers and credit card education. She speaks six languages including Urdu, Hindi and Bengoli.

When it comes to customer service, D’Cruze sees Florida as a huge opportunity. She goes above and beyond to help her customers complete the loan application and collect the documents that are needed. She encourages customers to put money down on their house as an investment. She stays in touch after the process and many of her customers become friends.
