Aug. 1 & 2: ReBUILD Division of Walters Homes to Celebrate Grand Opening of Sea Breeze Model

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - July 6, 2015 - PRLog -- TOMS RIVER, N.J., July 6, 2015–ReBUILD, the custom home division of Walters Homes, will celebrate the Grand Opening of their latest ENERGY STAR® certified model home, the Sea Breeze II, during a weekend event to be held on Aug. 1 and 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sat., and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sun. The model is located at 68 Coolidge Ave., Ortley Beach, Toms River, N.J.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the fully furnished model while enjoying refreshments. The 1,742-square-foot coastal inspired home adheres to the highest construction standards for rebuilding at the Jersey Shore. Members of the ReBUILD sales team will be on hand to answer questions.

Founder and Partner Ed Walters Jr., launched the ReBUILD division post-Sandy with a mission to rebuild homes located in designated high-risk flood zones and make them safer by reducing the risk of future wind and flood damage. As a result, ReBUILD is filling a critical need, offering newly constructed homes that are elevated to comply with FEMA’s (Federal Emergency Management Agency) new guidelines. Since its inception, ReBUILD has built 100 single-family homes in Ocean County; another 67 homes currently are in development or under construction.
