Dr. Tabasum Mir Partners with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

NEW YORK - July 6, 2015 - PRLog -- This Tuesday, July 7th, Celebrity dermatologist and Bravo TV personality Dr. Tabasum Mir will be visiting the patients at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center to announce her participation in the CMN Hospitals’ Miracle Challenge.  Dr. Mir will be joined by Olympians, fitness experts, television personalities and celebrities alike to visit with patients and staff at their local CMN Hospitals for the CMN Hospitals' Miracle Challenge Reveal Tour.

The CMN Hospitals’ Miracle Challenge is a 27-day wellness program from September 1-27.  Dr. Mir will be providing daily motivational messages, fitness challenges, tips, recipes and more to Miracle Challenge participants throughout the program, encouraging them to meet their health and fitness goals. Miracle Challenge will provide registrants with the option to choose one of five fitness tracks upon signing up: running, walking, biking, boot camp or studio. Each track will have its own personal fitness coach and fitness motivator who will encourage participants with daily challenges and will act as their accountability partners throughout the duration of Miracle Challenge.
