LOVELAND, Ohio - July 5, 2015 - PRLog -- The military-to-civilian recruitment firm RecruitMilitary will produce a veteran recruiting event at Vaughn Towers at Carter-Finley Stadium on Thursday, August 6 2015.  RecruitMilitary is inviting veterans who already have civilian work experience, personnel who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, members of the National Guard and reserves, military spouses, and other military family members. The event will run from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.

RecruitMilitary expects 35 employers, franchisors, educational institutions, and government agencies to reserve exhibitor booths at the Expo. Those already signed up are Apple, Inc.; Capstone Logistics LLC.; Lockheed Martin; Lowe's Companies, Inc.; PNC Bank; Quicken Loans; The Home Depot; Pike Electric; The Wendy's Company; Wells Fargo; McAllister Towing; Relay NC; Combined Insurance; Redstone College; Grand Canyon University; Heavy Construction Academy; New Horizons Computer Learning Centers; Garner-Webb University; The Strayer University; G&W Equipment; First Command Financial Planning; Roadmaster Drivers School; Georgia College of Construction; MyComputerCareer.com; Con-Way Truckload; and The Art Institutes.

In addition, Grand Canyon University will present a 10:30 a.m. seminar titled "Understanding Education and Your Career Plans." University staff will help veterans better understand the correlation between education and career choices, and will evaluate prior military experience, as well as provide counseling regarding GI Bill benefits.

RecruitMilitary has produced veteran job fairs since 2006. By the end of 2015, the company will have produced more than 670 events in over 60 cities.
