RCO Installs Synthetic Grass At White House Inn & Spa

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - July 2, 2015 - PRLog -- The RCO Family of Floor & Home Stores, the exclusive distributors of Synthetic Grass Warehouse products in Northern California recently installed synthetic grass at the White House Inn and Spa, a boutique luxury bed and breakfast, located in downtown Napa.

“The White House Inn & Spa is a beautiful facility,” said Kelly Mann, managing owner of the RCO Family of Floor & Home Stores. “The drought and recent mandated water cutback was beginning to take its toll on their curb appeal, “ Mann continued.

“We just started a program called The Pioneer Challenge, which challenges homeowners and business alike to switch to synthetic grass to help reduce water usage and lower lawn maintenance costs, while keeping their yards looking beautiful for years to come. The White House Inn took the challenge,” said Mann.

The White House Inn & Spa replaced over 4,500 square feet of natural grass with synthetic grass. It took RCO’s team about a week to complete the installation. Mann estimates it will take the White House Inn & Spa a little over 4 years to recoup their investment.
