Gray Line Boston & Cape Cod/Brush Hill Tours Announces Start of Downeast Maine & Lobsterbake Tour

BOSTON - July 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Brush Hill Transportation Company dba Brush Hill Tours (www.brushhilltours.com), a family-owned, independent transportation company and the Gray Line licensee for Boston and Cape Cod that specializes in charter and sightseeing transportation for the region, has begun its series of tours for 2015.  The Downeast Maine and Lobsterbake tour started on June 21 and runs Sundays through August 24.

This Gray Line tour travels north along the rocky coast of Maine, stopping first at the most photographed lighthouse in America, famous “Nubble Light,” located in York.  Next, enjoy a traditional New England Lobsterbake prepared over a roaring wood fire. Fare includes New England clam chowder, fresh Maine clams and mussels, succulent Maine lobster, sweet corn on the cob, roasted red potatoes and onions, warm drawn butter, and blueberry crumb cake.  In the afternoon, the tour stops at the famous Stonewall Kitchen, and then continues along picturesque Route 1A to the Kittery Outlets, where travelers will have approximately two hours to browse and shop at the more than 120 famous name outlet stores.

Service Bus was the first motorcoach company to use rubber tires on the eastern seaboard. Brush Hill Transportation Company was acquired in 1954. George A. Anzuoni, Sr. delegated his son Larry to take control of the commuter line. It originally offered a mode of transportation to domestics employed by the large estates on Brush Hill Road in Milton, Mass.
